Well here is their chance to get the smile they deserve!

February is national dental health month. Dr. Gaylina Reachi of ABQ Dentists is sponsoring a Give Kids a Smile Day the second Friday of February 2012. She is looking for high school students with dental needs.

Before         &          After 

What is required to be a part of Give Kids a Smile?

• Before photo of applicant.
• Must be in high school.
• Write a 100 word essay about why they would benefit from dental treatment.
• Parent involvement.
• After photo when complete
• After essay as to how the dental treatment helped them.

All requirements turned in by January 22, 2012
