What different payment options do you provide?

We will file your insurance claim as a courtesy to you. Ultimately, you are completely responsible for your total fees regardless of your insurance.

Major treatment, which involves laboratory procedures, shall require an initial payment of 1/2 of the total estimated fee at initial appointment and the other half at the final seat appointment which is 3 -4 weeks later.

For patients of record with approved credit we can extend  payment arrangements.

 

Do you accept my insurance plan?

Our office is very up-to-date on insurance. We take any insurance plan that is an indemnity plan and our doctors do not have to sign a contract with. We will do our best to maximize your insurance benefits by completing your claim forms and even help argue your case if your claim is denied.

If your carrier is up-to-date your claim will be transmitted via computer modem by the end of the business day! Generally your claim is paid to us within 2 weeks.

Do you accept referrals?

Of course! We will be more than happy to see your friends and family. We have such great patients – we know they will refer great people to us. We look forward to offering the same gentle and expert care you are used to receiving from us.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

Call our main line (505-293-8011) at any time and our answering machine will direct you to the doctor on call. The doctors are always available to see our patients on emergency when necessary. If they should both be out of town, we will have one of our expert colleagues cover for us.
